The brief
Skyline Ridge is a Garden Communities luxury rental community of 93 residences set on a hillside in Springfield, looking out at the Manhattan skyline. It is a short drive from our showroom, the kind of local landmark we know well, with a club room, fitness center, and concierge service that residents judge the building by.
Amenity spaces and model units are where a community wins a lease. We furnished and styled the rooms that do that work, balancing a hospitality look with the durability shared resident areas demand, sourced through our own channels and installed close to home.
