Shipping Policy

How orders leave the building, whether you're carrying a mirror to your car or we're freighting it across the country. Last updated June 2026.

In store pickup & local delivery

Anything in the showroom can be taken home the same day or held for pickup. We hold purchased pieces for [14] days at no charge.

  • Local delivery: available within [25] miles of the showroom, quoted per delivery based on piece size and floor access.
  • White glove option: in home placement, wall hanging for mirrors, and packaging removal, quoted per job.
  • Delivery windows are scheduled when you purchase, with a confirmation text the day before.

Nationwide mirror shipping

Statement mirrors ship to all 50 states. Every shipment follows the same four steps:

  • Hand packed: corner protected and foam wrapped by the showroom team.
  • Double crated: a custom wood crate inside a second shell, built for freight.
  • Fully insured: covered for full purchase value, door to door.
  • Photographed before it ships: you receive photos of your exact piece, crated and labeled, before it leaves the building.

Shipping is quoted as one all-in number that includes the piece, crating, insurance, and freight to your door. There are no surprise charges at delivery.

Quote turnaround: delivered price quotes are sent within one business day of your request, and the quote is valid for [14] days.

Lighting catalog orders

Orders placed through our lighting catalog at shop.designhubhome.com ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Shipping costs, timelines, and tracking for those orders are shown at checkout and confirmed by email after purchase. In stock fixtures typically leave the warehouse within [1 to 3] business days.

If a catalog order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us first. We coordinate the replacement with the manufacturer so you have one point of contact.

Timelines & tracking

  • Mirror freight transit: typically [5 to 12] business days after crating, depending on destination.
  • Tracking: you receive the carrier name, tracking number, and our direct phone number when the piece ships.
  • Delivery scheduling: for freight deliveries, the carrier calls to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to sign.

What to expect on freight delivery day

  • Standard freight is curbside delivery: the crate is brought to the end of your driveway or building entrance.
  • Inspect before signing. Note any visible crate damage on the delivery receipt. This protects your claim.
  • In home delivery and uncrating can be added to your quote in select areas. Ask when you request your price.

Damage & claims

Every nationwide shipment is insured for full value. If anything arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery by phone, text, or email.
  • Send photos of the crate and the piece as found. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
  • You choose the outcome: a replacement or a full refund. We handle the carrier claim, not you.
