Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Fair, simple, and in plain English. If a piece isn't right, here's exactly how it works. Last updated June 2026.

Showroom purchases

  • Returns accepted within [30] days of purchase with receipt.
  • Pieces must be in original condition: unused, undamaged, and with any tags or protective wrap intact.
  • Exchanges and store credit are always available within the same window, even if you'd rather swap than refund.
  • Delivery fees from the original purchase are non‑refundable once delivery has been completed.

Mirrors shipped nationwide

Two different situations, two different answers:

  • Arrived damaged: covered in full. Report within 48 hours with photos, keep the packaging, and choose a replacement or a full refund. We handle the carrier claim. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
  • Changed your mind: remorse returns on freighted mirrors are accepted within [14] days of delivery. The piece must be re‑crated in its original packaging, return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and a [15%] restocking fee applies.
Tip: this is exactly why we send photos of your piece before it ships and quote one all-in price. Most "wrong piece" situations get caught before the crate ever leaves.

Lighting catalog orders

Fixtures ordered through shop.designhubhome.com ship from the manufacturer, and returns follow the manufacturer's policy for that brand, shown on the product page at checkout.

Contact us first either way. We coordinate the return or replacement with the manufacturer so you're never bounced between companies.

Final sale items

  • Floor models and clearance pieces marked final sale
  • Custom and made‑to‑order pieces, including configured fixtures
  • Gift cards

Final sale items can't be returned or exchanged, but damage in transit is always covered regardless of sale status.

Refund timing

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are issued within [5 to 10] business days of the piece arriving back or the claim being approved.
  • Store credit is issued immediately and never expires.
