The agreement
These terms apply when you use designhubhome.com, place an order, request a quote, or engage our design services. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you're using the site on behalf of a business, you're agreeing for that business too.
Orders & quotes
- Quotes: delivered price quotes are valid for [14] days from the date sent.
- Availability: showroom inventory turns over constantly. A piece isn't reserved until it's paid for or a designer confirms a hold in writing.
- Payment: showroom and freighted orders are paid in full at purchase unless your written proposal says otherwise. Custom and made to order pieces require payment before production begins.
- Errors: we work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a piece is described or shown incorrectly, we'll offer the correct version or a full refund, your choice.
- Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy, which are part of these terms.
Lighting catalog
Our lighting catalog at shop.designhubhome.com is operated with a fulfillment partner. Orders placed there are subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase, including manufacturer shipping and return policies for each brand. We remain your point of contact, contact us first with any issue and we coordinate the resolution.
Design services
- Proposals: full service projects begin only after you approve a written proposal describing scope, deliverables, and fees. The proposal governs if it conflicts with these terms.
- Virtual design: packages include the deliverables and revision rounds listed on the virtual design page at time of purchase. Turnaround estimates start when we receive your complete photos, measurements, and quiz.
- Your materials: you confirm you have the right to share any photos or plans you send us, and you give us permission to use them to produce your design.
- Design documents: concepts, boards, and plans are for your project's use. We retain the right to photograph completed work and feature it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
- Third parties: we coordinate with contractors, installers, and vendors on your behalf, but separate trades you hire contract with you directly.
Trade program
Trade accounts are for verified industry professionals and businesses. Trade pricing is confidential, may not be republished or resold as your own pricing list, and may be updated or withdrawn at any time. We can decline or close accounts that misuse the program.
Communications
By submitting a form with your phone number, you consent to calls and texts about your inquiry and orders as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Marketing email always includes an unsubscribe link.
Site content & intellectual property
- The site, its photography, copy, and design are owned by Design Hub Home or licensed to us. Personal, non‑commercial browsing is welcome, scraping or republishing is not.
- "Design Hub Home" and our logos may not be used without written permission.
- If you tag us in photos of your finished space, you're giving us permission to reshare them with credit.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Design Hub Home isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law doesn't allow us to limit.
General
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], and disputes will be handled in the courts of [County, State].
- Changes: we may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use means acceptance.
- Severability: if any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
