The brief
Model units do the selling. A buyer walks a floor plan and either pictures their life in it or does not, and furniture is what closes that gap. For Garden Communities we furnished and styled the models at The Metropolitan, turning empty townhome shells into rooms that feel lived in the moment you step inside.
We delivered complete furniture and lighting packages, scaled to each plan, then styled and installed them turnkey. The sales team walked into rooms that were ready to sell, photographed well, and held up to daily tour traffic. All of it merchandised at a value that protected the community's numbers.
