The brief
In a multifamily community, the clubhouse is the pitch. It is the room prospects walk through before they sign, and it has to feel like somewhere they want to spend time. Parkside, in Westfield, needed an amenity space with hospitality polish that could still take daily resident traffic.
Developers buy outcomes, a clubhouse that leases units, so we handled the whole package: furniture, the ring chandelier that anchors the room, and the styling that makes it photograph for leasing. Specified, sourced through our own channels, and installed to job spec, ten minutes from our Springfield showroom.
Residents tour the clubhouse before they sign the lease. We make that room close the deal.
