SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

At Design Hub, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility. Your furniture and select non-furniture items will be delivered by experienced white glove delivery service providers with low flat rates based on your delivery area — local and national. We also provide Standard Delivery Shipping for smaller items, in addition to 2-Day and 1-Day Rush services. Most of our furniture items will be delivered inside your home by white glove delivery service providers, where we will carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment.  Contact us for accurate shipping cost.

 

U.S.: We ship most US orders to arrive via UPS or FedEx in 3-7 business days. Stocked furniture will be delivered in 1-2 weeks in most metropolitan areas. Custom orders will arrive in 60-90 days in most metropolitan areas. Stocked cushions from Design Hub are delivered in 1-2 weeks in most metropolitan areas, along with your outdoor furniture. Custom-order cushions from Design Hub are delivered separately in 1-2 weeks. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. 

 

APO/FPO/PO BOXES: Oversized items and items that ship directly from our vendors cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Rush delivery is not available.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact us for additional information.

 

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SURCHARGES: Oversized, extremely heavy or fragile items cost more to ship and thus incur an additional delivery surcharge. 

 

PAYMENT: Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large and heavy items. This amount is listed at the item level on the individual item product detail page and will be added to your delivery charges.

 

PRICING POLICY: All prices in our catalogs and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.
